We request that you record an unboxing video showcasing the complete packaging process, starting with the unopened package and continuing until all items are revealed. This video will be crucial for us to verify any damage or missing pieces.
If your unboxing video clearly shows:
Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. Upon verification of the damaged or missing items based on your unboxing video, we may offer you a refund or replacement product (depending on availability).
We cannot offer refunds or replacements without an unboxing video.
